Antler Hideaway Policies
|
Property Damage: You will be responsible for the cost
to repair and/or replace damage to the hideaway, property and /or
furnishings; cost will be billed to your credit card.
Smoking: Is not permitted in the hideaway or
grounds. Violation of this policy will result in a one-time credit
card charge equal to the base rate for one night to compensate for
extra cleaning required.
Telephone: The telephone is for local calls only.
Please use your cell phone, phone card or call collect for any long
distance calls made.
Pets: Sorry, we have a no pet policy – that
includes our own friendly cats and dogs that may come to visit you.
Please do not let them inside. (Boarding is available at Haus Denali
Kennels)
Parking: Please park in designated parking area. No
driving on Mt. Home Rd. in the winter.
Off Road Motorized Vehicles: Due to Chelan County
regulations, no off-road motorized vehicles are permitted.
Check-in: Check in is at 3:00pm and check-out is by
12:00 noon.
Open Flames: Due to insurance requirements, no open
flames like candles are permitted.
Deposit refund: Cancellations requires 14 days or
more notice prior to scheduled arrivals: deposit refunded, less a
$10 handling fee. Cancellations less than 14 days’ notice prior to
scheduled arrival: full deposit is forfeited.
Winter Transportation and Train pickup and departure:
We will transport between 12 noon and 7 pm daily to town, if
desired. Train pickup at 8:10pm and departure at 6:10am for all
train guests. Train transportation will always include a $25 daily
charge.
Dress for Winter: During the winter months you
should dress for transport with hat, gloves and boots, a good warm
coat is important too.
Additional Guests: Other than the number of guests
the reservation was made for, any additional visitors must be
approved in writing before visiting. A $500 charge will be made to
your credit card if not approved, daily.
By
registering with us, you agree to abide by these
policies and authorize us to charge your credit card for
any damage or additional cleaning required.
We have the nicest guests in the world and this
policy helps assure you that we keep it that way.
